- Class X Softswitch telephony infrastructure

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:

7. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in your service agreement. Credits may be issued for verified downtime in accordance with the applicable SLA.
8. Data Protection
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide and improve our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftDial One LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we will make your data available for export for 30 days.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
